Dockside Loaders for the Port of Hull

The Port of Hull, part of the Associated British Ports (ABP) group, has ordered two DOCKSOLID loaders, to handle biomass at the Port of Hull.  The units will be designed and fabricated at Buttimer Group's workshops in Cahir, Ireland.

When completed, commissioned and ready for operations, they will be shipped from the Port of Cork to the Port of Hull. The two DOCKSOLID loaders will boast state-of-the-art dust prevention and suppression technologies as well as the equipment's famous steering design for tight-space manoeuvrability and flexibility.

Shiploader Delivered to Liberia

An all-wheel-drive mobile shiploader has been delivered to ArcelorMittal in Liberia. The system, whos innovative chassis that drives in straight, parallel and radial modes was designed by Buttimer Group, is designed to load iron ore at a rate of 2,000 TPH at the port of Buchanan.

The Shiploader was designed in partnership between Buttimer Group and Telestack ltd., a mobile equipment producer based in Omagh, Northern Ireland.
